Optimized Safety Management

The key to optimizing driver performance is to affect driver behavior. traction™ offers companies the opportunity to identify high-risk drivers quickly and easily.

Three unique safety management tools facilitate closer monitoring of high-risk drivers:

1. MVR Adjudication

The customized adjudication process aligns drivers into easy to understand risk categories. From there, drivers with a poor driving history are moved into traction's™ monitoring program. In addition, the CSA 2010 scorecard further calculates and ranks drivers by CSA point contribution within the organization.

2. Monitoring.

Fleet Monitoring is an increasingly popular option for companies looking to maximize visibility into driver performance. Monitoring provides daily or monthly updates from states (state dependent), notifying you of changes to driver records. In states that have yet to implement a monitoring program, high-risk drivers are monitored through increasingly frequent MVR runs.

3. Email Alerts.

Establish custom email alerts for key personnel involved in driver safety. Email recipients can receive numerous types of email messages and alerts triggered by driver records, adjudication, etc. Examples include; individual notices or summary reports for triggers like: DOT compliance, MVR, CSA and more.
